Gorgonzola Dip with Walnuts


1/2 lb. Gorgonzola Dolce, room temp
1/2 c. Creme Fraiche

1/2 c. Walnuts

Toast walnuts on stove unitl fragrant and slightly darkened. Put aside to cool. Blend cheese and creme fraiche together unitl combined. Stir in walnuts.

Refrigerate dip for 2 hours to let favirs meld together.

Serve with crackers, vegetables or apples and pears
